  • Enquiry / booking details you submit via the “Book an Appointment” form — such as name, mobile number, preferred location, service of interest, and any message you include.
  • Contact details you share when you call, email, or message us on WhatsApp or social media.
  • Technical data such as approximate location derived from IP address (when used for analytics, location-aware services), browser type, and pages visited — typically via cookies or similar tools.

How we use your information

  • To respond to appointment and service enquiries
  • To confirm bookings and provide salon services
  • To improve our website and understand visitor interest

Appointment form submissions are emailed to our salon team (including dbenhance.blr@gmail.com, rekha.dbenhance@gmail.com) so the relevant branch can follow up.
